Refunds & Returns:

DogFence will refund the cost of any system if returned in a saleable condition with 30 days of purchase (less the cost of P & P and installation if applicable). Used cable rolls cannot be refunded. 30 days money back guarantee does not apply to online orders - see shop Terms and Conditions.

Containment Guarantee (applies to installed System only).

DogFence guarantee to contain your dog provided that the collar is fitted

in accordance with our engineers instructions and that the customer can

prove continuous use of an approved battery.

Warranty:

DogFence will warrant for the life the Transmitters and Receivers on the following products: System 1200, Perfomance Series. Warranty does not apply to cable, collar straps or power supplies. A nominal service and testing fee maybe applied to products returned for testing. All warranties will be dealt with on an express basis.
