I just wanted to thank you a million times for the dog fence for our bad beagle.  It is nothing short of a miracle. It works like a dream. Snoopy has not broken through the boundary though she chases everything around the garden as usual - she's had a few shocks and knows exactly where she can go and where she can't and accepts the situation quite happily. (And next door's Jack Russell has sussed that when Snoopy's being too boisterous and she needs a breather, all she has to do is step through the flags and she can lie down in peace).

Thank you for the installation and training guidlines as they obviously make a huge difference in the success of the operation when I hear of other people's bad experiences.

It is a joy to be able to let our dogs into the garden without fear of them visiting our neighbours – in fact I am thinking of taking the sign down asking pople to shut the gate – I’m not sure we need them anymore!

Dear Ward,

It's very nearly a year since you came and installed a dogfence around my property at La Musquette, Villeneuve sur Lot, France.

I wish to let you know that I am delighted with the system as it provides me with a comfortable and safe area where I can roam freely without any restraints.  I know exactly where the boundries are, even though the flags have been removed long ago and it's almost the full year since I even heard the warning beep.  My friend Henri the cat is very pleased with the system as he knows he can tease me into chasing him right to the very edge of the warning zone.  We have a tremendous amount of fun playing this game.

My humans are very pleased as well.  They never have to worry about me wandering off, or getting out on to the road.  They can let me into the garden whenever I ask them without a second thought.  The only problem I have with Dogfence is that my humans feel there is no need for them to always take me with them when they go out, so I sometimes get left with my bed, waterbowl, chews and toys on the terrace, with only Henri for company.

Please feel free to pass on my letter to any other dogs who may be considering the system, in order that they may reassure their humans that it will be money well spent!
